So this trip to CO has been pretty rockin'! Other than some 'must not hate' moments it's been fun. Got to hang out with the kiddies a lot, done a fair amount of hard(ish) labor, got to hang with Saddler and Daniels tons which is always a good time, and got to bum around in the mountain area quite a bit. There will be pictures posted when I get back somewhere where I can stick in my Mem card. and they'll be up on facebook, and if I feel ambitious myspace. So far so good on the not wanting to kill Daniels part of being around her a lot. Here and there I think she's being cranky and want her to go away but for the most part not bad. She's the only one that has come close to how Erin and I deal with each other over prolonged periods of time. Charity on the other hand I want to slap silly. Passive aggressive is unbecoming on everyone and even less so on her. Just fucking do it already instead of whining about it. It's not that freaking complicated. Just shut it and do it. But being here in the mountain is great. I've had no issues with the altitude so that's been pretty much phenomenal. There's been little bits of hard work, like bending over to pull up boards, then hammer out nails, and then pull them the rest of the way out. That was a bit rough today but other than that it's just been haul this over there, then pick up and carry this out there, and come help disassemble this damn futon bunk bed shit. That SUCKS when you don't have the proper crescent or Allen wrench set. There was a lot of swearing underneath our breath on that one. Especially when I couldn't get a good hold and squished my fingers. Or when Saddler squished my fingers trying to move the cabinet back. Nothing broken and nothing really bruised either. No major injuries on my part. And no major injuries on Danny's part either. Charity sliced her finger open, nice and pretty like. Seriously not that difficult, you slide the knife in and you push away from you so you DON"T slice your finger open on the sharp ass blade.

On the plus side I have offically driven over the continental divide. And we have pictures! I saw snow this weekend, and it was hailing on us for a bit today. That was a blast. And soon we'll be heading back to KS and then on up into IL, IN, and MI! W00t W00t!!
